This role is London based. As part of the actuarial team your focus will be on providing actuarial pricing support to the UK and Ireland Casualty insurance underwriters, whose portfolio is a significant and growing part of the company. Whilst this role will be part of the actuarial team you will be located within the underwriting team and be truly embedded within the business. In addition to the case and portfolio pricing and monitoring of the direct business, the role-holder will be involved in the analysis of the Group’s outwards reinsurance requirements. In addition to working with underwriting, the role will involve liaison with Pricing Actuaries for other lines of business and regions to continually improve and develop the actuarial pricing function. The role involves direct management of one other employee. |
