| Description |
| The role requires pricing of annuities, identifying the opportunities to increase marginal gross margins, to manage a team of experts including, life actuaries, non-life actuaries and data analysts and to manage relationships between internal departments, specify IT requirements for enhancements to pricing and underwriting , to assist with development of mortality and underwriting analysis and practices. Requires commercial experience in pricing and development of insurance products (non linked), comprehensive knowledge of insurance products and markets, leadership of teams of multi discipline employees, excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical audience.
