| To provide actuarial consultancy services to clients on all aspects of pensions provision. This includes carrying out actuarial valuations of pension schemes; providing advice and costings on proposed benefit changes; advising on pensions policy issues; advising on drafting of pensions-related legislation and scheme documentation; carrying out other ad-hoc exercises.To provide a consistently high service to clients and to work within professional requirements. To manage and develop Trainee Actuaries and other staff. To maintain an up-to-date knowledge of relevant actuarial methods and techniques. To maintain an up-to-date knowledge of relevant framework in which occupational and personal pensions are provided in the UK
