This 2-year contract position is available for a suitably qualified graduate. The candidate will be exposed to the broad investment process on a rotational basis.
The successful incumbent will rotate through the following front office areas:
Equity Bonds - analysis and dealing
Money Market dealing
Implementation and systems
Within these areas, responsibilities will include:
Understanding and compiling sector reports
Developing comprehensive financial/valuation models Understanding drivers and demonstrate knowledge of companies researched
Transacting within Equity and Bond markets
Capturing trades on Charles River
Working knowledge will be gained on AIMS, Reuters, Bloomberg and I-net
 
The applicant should meet these requirements:
Matric or grade 12 qualification
Recently qualified graduate with relevant quantitative degree 1-2 years relevant working experience would be advantageous
CFA/ other investment related qualification would be advantageous
Passionate and well versed about the financial markets
