| Job Title: EXECUTIVE CONSULTANT |
| Description |
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Market/sell client’s offerings by identifying new business opportunities with existing clients, as well as potential new business opportunities.
Develop and present presentations.
Portfolio management to achieve target as profitable volumes.
Extend and retain client relationships at trustee and other stakeholder levels.
Identify and satisfy needs by ensuring compliance with SLA’s (Clients and service providers).
Be hands-on with all Fund issues at all times and recommend solutions for clients.
Assist clients with consultation or legal issues.
Achieve individual targets.
Manage EB practise in distribution Environment.
Plan new strategy.
Manage quality, standards and best practice (risk management).
Prerequisite Skills and Competencies:
Matric (Mathematics and Accounting).
Of advantage: relevant industry qualification.
Must have FAIS fit and proper accreditation.
A minimum of 7 years experience in the Employee Benefits Retirement Funds industry with a proven track record.
Valid driver’s licence.
Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of Retirement Fund industry and products as well as of investment, actuarial and economic principles.
