| Job Title: Senior Modelling Consultant - Cambridgeshire - £400 to £600 per day |
| Description |
| To provide MoSes modelling (particularly ALM) and systems support & expertise to the actuarial community including more senior management.
Manage master versions of all ALM / Peak 1 MoSes models including change control & documentation processes.
Produce ALM / Peak 1 MoSes code specifications and rigorous test plans for more junior members of the systems team to follow.
Supervise and/or carry out ALM / Peak 1MoSes model enhancements required for:
Lack of functionality
Errors in code
Changes in legislation
Ad-hoc investigations
Efficiency and consistency
Enhanced reporting requirements
Provide on the job ALM / Peak 1 MoSes development training where appropriate to Junior Actuarial System Team Members
Analyse data, perform other investigations/projects and liaise with the data team on data issues and enhancements
Liaise with Actuarial Reporting Teams to ensure modelling requirements are met and issues with systems are understood. Provide handover training as appropriate.
Gain experience and product knowledge through on the job and formal training
Support actuarial projects as required |
